Rehire Eligibility:

Not all past employees will be rehired.

Rehire eligibility is based on the end of the previous season. The previous season's file will be checked for issues and status will be determined then.

Reasons you may not be rehired:

1. Calling out on your last day of work the previous season.
2. Numerous call-outs or lates from the previous season. (mgmt discretion)
3. Numerous discipline problems. (mgmt discretion)

If the decision is made to rehire an employee and there are past issues, that employee may be rehired on a "probational" status. This status indicates that they will be closely watched and any problems will be handled with termination.
